What trucking services do you provide?
We provide 14-wheel, 16-wheel, and 18-wheel dump trucks, bottom dumps, and end dumps.
How do I request pricing or schedule a delivery?
To request a quote on material or trucking, please email our office at info@dptruck.com or call 623-533-6428.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Helpful details include the jobsite address, material type and quantity, desired delivery date, site access considerations, and the equipment you expect to need.
Do you work with new vendors?
Yes. New vendors can use the registration link or vendor packet on our Contact Us page to get started. Our need for trucks changes, and market conditions or other factors outside the market can affect the types of trucks we may be looking for.
How do I receive dispatches and submit completed work?
We will always call to ask about the availability of a vendor's truck. If you accept the work, you will receive a dispatch.
- Once the job is complete, send us a copy of your daily haul sheet and, in most cases, your scale tickets.
- Submit paperwork by email, SMS, or direct upload through our mobile site.
- Original copies of haul sheets are not required to be sent to us.
- Vendors do not need to invoice us for the work.
- Payments are made using the date and ticket number shown on the daily haul sheet.
How fast will I get paid?
As a broker, we pay once we receive payment from our customer. Payment terms vary by customer, ranging from COD to 60 days, with the majority falling in the 30- to 45-day range.
Do you offer faster pay?
Yes. For an additional flat fee, we offer optional in-house factoring with no holdbacks. It is completed through our online portal; simply select the ticket or tickets you would like to submit.
Where are you located and when is the office open?
Our office is in Phoenix, roughly near Loop 101 and I-17. Glendale is our mailing address. We do not accept walk-ins, so please call ahead before visiting. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Visit Contact Us for our mailing address and phone number.
